🔐 Document Handling & Verification
We verify that your documents meet the basic eligibility requirements for apostille processing based on the guidelines set by the issuing state or federal agency. However, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all documents submitted for apostille are accurate, complete, and appropriately prepared (e.g., notarized, certified, or issued by the correct authority as required).

📦 Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping services for completed apostille documents via trusted third-party carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. SB Notary & Apostille Services is not responsible for any delays, loss, theft, or damage once your documents have been handed over to the shipping provider. Tracking information will be provided when available. We recommend choosing trackable and insured shipping options for added security. Clients assume full responsibility for any issues that occur during transit.

⚠ Invalidations & Rejections
While we take every step to ensure that your apostille is processed accurately and in compliance with state/federal standards: SB Notary & Apostille Services is not liable for the rejection or invalidation of any completed apostille by a third party, including foreign governments, embassies, institutions, or other receiving entities. We highly recommend clients confirm apostille requirements directly with the requesting party (e.g., consulate, overseas agency, university, etc.) prior to submission. Apostille rules and document requirements can vary depending on the country and intended use.

📅 Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of apostille services, all sales are final once processing has begun. No refunds will be issued once a document has been submitted for certification or apostille.
